Ingredients

Gintl premium dry gin – 30 ml

Apple cordial – 20 ml

Prosecco or New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc – 30 ml

St-Germain – 8 ml

Lemon bitter – 1 ml

Garnish – drizzle with orange zest

Recipe

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass, mix with a spoon for 10-12 seconds.

Strain into rocks glass over ice.

Drizzle with orange zest.
